Comfortably sleeps up to seven guests, over three beautiful barn style bedrooms with exposed pine beams and quality bedding. These 3 rooms consist of two doubles, one with a large en-suite and walk in shower cabin. One room has a single bunk over a double bed, perfect for families. There is a separate bathroom with a shower over a bath and heated towel rails. Bathroom amenities are provided including a hairdryer.

The large converted barn apartment is the perfect getaway for friends or families with children looking for a therapeutic countryside escape within nature. One thing is for sure, the barn is guaranteed to wrap you in warmth, character, and quiet.

Step outside and you're already on the farm. The gated gravel courtyard opens up onto an orchard of apple, pear and plum trees, open fields with views across the beautiful Derbyshire countryside and the gentle rhythm of farm life — the perfect backdrop for a restorative escape. Join us in collecting farm fresh eggs from our beautiful hens, walking our dogs in the fields, brushing a cheeky miniature donkey or getting a kiss from our Swiss Valais black nosed sheep. Or if you prefer, stand and gaze at our rare breed Hereford cows as they happily munch away.
