The Barn Apartment

Three bedrooms. Stone walls. Pure Derbyshire.

Nestled within a gated gravel courtyard of Grade II listed stone buildings is a beautifully converted barn built in 1853. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to seven guests in warmth and comfort.

Exposed original pine beams soar above the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area where a fully equipped country style kitchen with quality Denby dinnerware centres around a traditional electric AGA — everything you need to settle in and slow down. Step outside and you're already on the farm.

What our guests say

“

We arrived frazzled and left feeling like ourselves again. The kids didn't want to leave the animals — and honestly, neither did we. The barn is absolutely beautiful.

“

The most restorative weekend we've had in years. Waking up to birdsong, feeding the lambs, walking the fields — it's everything we didn't know we needed.

“

Our children still talk about the lambs every single day. The animal therapy session was genuinely moving. A truly special place.
